Keepr or Rentio?

Rentio is for agencies and rental managers. Keepr is for landlords who self-manage and do their own inspections.

Where they differ

Rentio centralises an agency's administration: tenant screening, leases, deposits, rent collection and accounting, at a custom price. Inspections are ordered through its partner MEXP. Keepr is more focused: you make the inspection report with your tenant and track the deadlines for each property, for a flat fee shown on the site.

When Rentio is the better fit

  • You are a property agency or rental manager working for many owners, with a team.
  • You want the rental deposit set up and released online, with eID or itsme.
  • You would rather have an expert draw up the inspection report than do it yourself. Rentio orders it from MEXP.

Keepr fits if you let your own property, make the inspection report with your tenant and want indexation, registration and the EPC for each property on one timeline, at a price you know in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Is Rentio suitable for a private landlord?

Rentio is aimed at property agencies, rental managers and asset managers and makes a custom offer after a demo. For a landlord who manages a few properties themselves, Keepr is the more obvious fit: 1 property free forever, inspection reports included. Its prices are on the site.

How much does Rentio cost?

Rentio publishes no prices. You book a demo and get an offer based on your agency or company.

Does Rentio draw up the inspection report itself?

No. You order it through Rentio and partner MEXP arranges it with both parties. In Keepr you record it yourself on your phone, and your tenant reviews and signs it online.
